General service terms for VST Services websites, hosting, email setup, IT support and custom systems.

These terms apply to services provided by Viduya Solutions and Technology Services, trading as VST Services.
Quotes are based on the information available at the time of quoting. Work starts only after scope, pricing, payment terms and acceptance have been confirmed. Additional work outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately.
Website setup packages may include design, basic content layout, hosting setup assistance, domain setup assistance, SSL setup, business email setup assistance, contact forms and WhatsApp contact buttons depending on the package selected.
Monthly website care covers the agreed care package only. Large design changes, additional pages, advanced functionality, custom development, product loading, copywriting, logo design, malware cleanup and major migrations may be quoted separately.
Discounted setup pricing may be offered when the client signs up for a 12-month website care package. Clients who do not choose the 12-month option may be required to take a minimum 6-month website care period at the full launch setup price.
Hosting, domain and email services may depend on third-party providers. VST Services assists with setup and support, but provider outages, domain registry delays, spam filtering, mailbox limits, DNS propagation and third-party restrictions may be outside our direct control.
The client is responsible for providing accurate business details, images, logos, website content, access details and feedback required to complete the work.
Payment terms must be agreed before work starts. Monthly support, hosting and website care fees are payable monthly unless otherwise agreed. Late payment may result in paused work, suspended support or suspension of hosting/email services where applicable.
Cancellations and refunds are handled according to the agreed quote, project stage, work already completed, hosting/domain commitments and monthly support terms. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy for more detail.
Backup checks may form part of selected packages, but clients should keep their own important business records. No backup process can be guaranteed to protect against every possible loss, corruption, security incident or third-party failure.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, client-provided logos, text and images remain the client’s property. Custom code, templates, reusable modules and system frameworks developed by VST Services may remain the intellectual property of VST Services unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
VST Services aims to provide reliable services, but is not liable for indirect loss, loss of profits, third-party provider failures, search engine ranking changes, downtime outside our control, data loss caused by client action, or issues caused by unauthorised changes.
These terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will be available on this website.
